Block all of hit L1 but the last part, which you need to evade or ur dead. Watch a few videos on it. If you aren’t going the easy path bring guilly. If not, bring a damage dealer

Gwen pool, use her Sp2, Lock his power gain,
Block his 2 parts of sp1 but evade 3 part.
She bleeds him to death quickly than others.
update your Will Power mastery, It can borrow you few more seconds.
U need a lot of patience.

Take Guil while arc overload path. Use Sp2
Reduce your stupefy mastery, So he can power gain to L2 quickly

Vision, can Power Burn and I think he also blocks regen
Hulk can be useful, He will hardly make any buff on him to help him regen
    Civil Warrior Heal Block

I am also trying this Maestro

Get good at evading his SP1. High damage dealers work well. I wrecked him with a 4/40 AA

Watch the videos and pretend to play along. His L1 evade is 1 - 2 & 3. Pause momentarily on “&”. His L2 is pretty easy to avoid, but you have to swipe back three times to be safe. You can go in after evading either of them.

Once you get used to dodging his SP1, it won’t matter who you use.

3 dex's on his SP1, and finish him with Medium, Light, Lights, Lights, Medium
Any champion would do the trick
