Account Hacked

Last Saturday my brothers account got hacked.His in game name was Ilikegokarts,He put in thousands of dollars into the account.This morning I went back to check how his profile is looking like and it turns out that his in game name has been changed to XxSavageAssassinxX.We contacted Kabam but they haven’t replied at all I don’t know what’s going on but it’s not good because whoever hacked his account is a 13 year old boy.I am really upset that no actions are being taken,my brother cared so much about the game but now he is really upset that his account got hacked.Please contact My brother ASAP because that little boy has been selling my brothers champs.I also hope that you guys can restore his account because he has been saving his 5* shards for the featured blade crystal and restore the champs that the hacker sold.

    If you have any suggestions or ideas that can prevent the hacker from playing on his accounts please let me know in the comments below.

    As they have already been in contact with our Support Team, we will need to give the Support Team time to investigate this issue. Closing this thread.
