Connections issue after update, again and again

How much testing has been done before pushing it the update? We can’t even get a stable loading into the game. The first screen says “problem connect to network” right from the start, not even before loading. That’s just poor testing and UI

    Make it 30 mins timer, please. It seems problem connecting to server on cellular network. That was an issue before 17.0.. This needs to be fixed ASAP and shorter AQ timer please for your lack of thorough testing before major update

    Tmobile user here, I can't do anything. Error message and nothing but ? marks everywhere. Says it can't download, hasn't been an issue with other updates.
