Unable to find War Match after Update

We've been searching nearly an hour now to find a war match and still haven't found one yet. This is the longest I've ever searched.

    Took us about 30 min, but we finally got one.

    Update for @Kabam Miike we are Tier 20 and running 3 battlegroups. I let it go over an hour before cancelling and restarting. Already at the 5min mark and still haven't found a match. Pre-update I would find a match usually in the first 15-20 seconds.

    Just submitted a ticked. This is ridiculous. Still haven't found a match.
