Loss of ID and all stored data on ID

in Bugs and Known Issues
June 11th my ID was working fine.
(miklausic@gmail.com player name ecmml)
June 12 I try to log in and my ID has disappeared.
I had to recreate my login to be able to get onto the forum and post this message.

Been playing for 2 years and now reset to less than zero.
Please find the back up of my account and restore it please.
Totally gone. Everything.
Was also the leader of an Alliance (Empire).

Do not know what happened.
I would like it fixed immediately
