Voodoo SP2 is not connecting after 5 hits combo ended with medium (video included) - update 17.0

Hello,
After update 17.0 I cannot connect voodoo sp2 after 5 hits combo ended with medium. In wars most of the times it's got parried and I got punished for it. I also noticed that it happening more when it's odd combo (I don't think it's the reason).
Voodoo already have very short dash back, but now with sp2 which is not connecting...
My device is: iPhone 8
iOS: 11.2.2

    Honestly I think this is just the new normal. This has been going on with me for awhile and I figured it was just one of those unfair things you can't help.

    But you can see that sp2 animation has already begun and AI is recovering and blocking just before the hit lands. The AI should recover before the sp2 animation is triggered.
