Kabaam should TRUST us. When purchasing Odins Vault “Item no longer available”

Hey my in game name is Madbeez and I’ve spent way too much money on this game. (If you ask my wife). I love it, love my squad love the fact that my 10 year old daughter found it hilarious I was watching a YouTube video about Void when I picked her up from school. I’m hooked.

But I have to say that the support team here is offensive. I have never asked them for anything in two years. And trust me I feel as if I’ve been wronged before. Nerfing my heroes? Then telling me what that’s worth? Maybe it’s the way they are taught to treat people? I tried last week to purchase Odins Vault two days in a row. However it told me that the item was “no longer available”. This happened several times over two days. I was also given the same message when trying to purchase the 49.99 unit bundle. So instead I purchased smaller increments of units so I could continue playing. I was questing the M.Jordan quest and trying for completion in Act 5. I also purchased last weekends awakening deal.

So of course when I sent a request to support asking them for a refund of the units I lost out on by purchasing the smaller increments, they said there was no known issue and that I needed to have a screen shot. In my response I told him unfortunately I did not take a screen shot and asked if he could look into my request and research my purchase history for those two days. I had spent 250.00 please honor that at least. In his second response two days later he repeated the same thing. He did not acknowledge my suggestion. He only asked if I could try the purchase again and take a screenshot. Really? That’s your answer to being bait and switched? Drop another 100.00? Lol. Sorry never again. I can’t spend this type of money and not have the insurance that at least the company providing the service will do everything in its power to support a good client. A client probably in the top 1% of spenders.

A quick look by Kabaam would have shown many several smaller transactions within seconds of one another. Or wait! Give the benefit of the doubt to a great client? Maybe TRUST me.
We TRUST that what you say about leaderboards in VS. events and solo
/alliance events is the truth. We TRUST that the crystal system is fair and balanced. Their are no odds or no leaderboards. We TRUST that we will somehow be able to obtain these catalysts to upgrade our heroes to the top level after spending hundreds of dollars and sooo many hours grinding. I feel like a quick look at my purchase history and the unusual purchases of 200.00 in 9.99 increments spaced seconds apart would have been enough to refund me the meager amount of units I missed out on. Because again it DID tell me the item was unavailable.

    I also just read the forum rules. The first thing they ask is for us to TRUST that their mistake is unintentional and allow them a chance to fix it. I’m sorry if my post is viewed as negative but I have given you the opportunity to fix it. And it wasn’t the case was closed and I never felt that I was heard, supported or validated at all. So why not trust me and believe me when I say I experienced an error. What I was asking for wasn’t worth the time I spent. And it is now because you guys continue to contridict yourself in how you provide customer service.

    You may not publicly discuss any actions taken on your in game or forum accounts by moderators or the support team. This includes banning, closing of threads, infractions, temporary bans, etc. This also includes the public posting of any private correspondence with the Moderators, or support team.
