So my friend re downloaded MCOC. he was level 2. i made an kabam account and got the phc and got a 3 star green goblin. After he grinded and bought a phc and got a 4 star captain marvel! at level 5! does this happen if you don't log in for a long time?

    Yep. It happened to me. I had an old account and my first roll logging back in after a year was a 4 star rocket. There's a few YouTube videos eluding to it as well

    you should keep deleting accounts and you to will pull a 4*. Just keep doing it. Over and over and over and over and over
