**Known AQ Bug**
We are aware that some alliances encountered a bug during this last AQ that would not allow them to start maps on certain days. We know this has impacted your rewards.
We have been looking into the cause of the problem and once we have resolved it we will explore how to make things right for the impacted alliances. We will provide any additional communication in

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Loto @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Loto @Kabam Zibiit When the game was down (2 months ago) Kabam prosmised to give us compensation rewards if I recall correct. I know that I remember this 'early' but I didn't got them. I don't think that I am the only one. I suppose you can't do anything becouse it was 2 months ago right? So if someone doesn't contact with KABAM will take nothing? The only target of KABAM is to earn money while making bugs in purpose, like the bug with Angela and Mordo and with this picture:

    I DIDN'T get the rewards! I am sure! I got only 1,000 5 star shards and something else.
