Black Panther Classic isn't bad by any means I just wish he could get like an armor break/shatter/pierce or something that would increase his bleeds/damage even further. He should also have Open Wound.
I have a 5star r4 Classic BP unduped and even being unduped his crit rate and bleed are ridiculous! He has saved me in sooooo much in game content its unbelievable lol. BUT...i do think Black Panther Civil War should be reworked. Just reskin him and make him the new movie version with thw Vibranium suit. Add bleed to his attacks like classic BP and had stuns to his attacks when his Vibranium has a charge going. And increase his power level. BPCW hits are sooo weak!!!
