Missing arenas

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was playing and got disconnected. When I logged again, all my arenas was missing except for 1 vs 1. I restarted the game a multiple times and the arenas didn't come back. I asked my alliance members if the had the same problem but it seems it was just with my account. And I'm a very heavy arena grinder who started to always get the featured champ.

    Такая же проблема...
    После выполнения задания, перезахода в игру, пропали арены.
    Без ведомых на то причин, пояснений, уведомлений

    Прошу решить данный вопрос

    You have been banned because of third software. Unfortunately, it has caught many who haven’t violated the usage of terms and Kabam Support doesn’t answer as it should.

    Arena fought with hands. No software was used. Usage reports did not come out. and why not. The arena disappeared by itself without using third-party programs
