"Supposedly" those who were caught cheating in the arena by using bots were banned from the arena. Unsure if this is a temporary ban or permanent ban. Send a support ticket to kabam and ask.

YOU asked for help on why you cant play arena, I'm telling you that you "probably" cheated and were banned...that's the answer. There's nothing to address, don't cheat and you won't get banned...
