They're a rare drop, and while running the higher difficulties gives you a better chance of one dropping, it still doesn't mean that you're guaranteed to get one. In fact, you can go the entire length of the event and never see one.
I also haven't gotten one, and have run the Master Quest every day as well, so you're not alone.
I've had none either & I've completed expert every day & all levels on the 7th day. It's unfair that some accounts gets some/loads & others get none. How about a "pity timer"? There is so much luck involved & some accounts seem be to much luckier than others & obviously have an advantage. You can say that the luck should even out over time but it frequently doesn't. Surely "pity timers" will help (e.g. for PHCs, map crystals, etc)?
So i have completed the Trials of the Black Panther every day on Master and when Trial of Infinite is in, I completed all difficulties.
So why have I not seen a single Wakandan Crystal?
I have friends and Alliance Teammates that complete the Trials on either Normal or Heroic and receive Wakandan Crystals frequently, but as the introduction letter to the mode had stated, the chances are significantly higher on Master completion...
You're not missing anything. I bought them and got one from the event. Nothing usable.

And even if you get one, you'll just pull a useless 3 star out of it.
