New bug. Mephisto persistent soul charges do not work

  I am assuming this is still the issue, as I just realised that my soul charges disappeared after a fight in act 4 on my 4star mephisto. Anybody have any additional info on this?

  Do you mean he does not regen?

  To be clear, what happens is that the entire persistent charge ability disappears. Usually, even when he has no souls, the blue label with a zero in it would be visible on his avatar pic. This is no longer the case. He also does not gain new charges when knocking opponents out. This is in quests as well as arenas. However, I thought about it and I think it might be related to having him placed as a defender, as my alliance is currently in placement phase. Defender stats are locked during this phase, so I am thinking that this has inadvertently applied the lock to his soul charges as well, removing them completely from any other game formats. Can someone from Kabam please clarify if this is a bug? Thank you

  Just checked in war, charges missing there now as well. This is a major issue, as a lot of his defensive prowess in AW is based on his ability to use those souls to regen. @Kabam Miike
