in Bugs and Known Issues
In 5.2.4 when you put the power lock on champs using psylocke it is consumed and gives them regen. Before a recent update there was no debuffs on the opponent when doing this with psylocke.now there is a debuffs. Just wanted to know if this is intended.

    Think it’s supposed to just be a passive symbol letting you know that you’ve locked them down, shouldn’t be treated as a debuff.

    So annoying as that's what it's described as but it's being treated as a debuff. Does this mean it won't work on debuff immune nodes ?
