I had that too on both of my I-phones 8 plus and 6s. I simply deleted the app and re-downloaded and it worked fine the second time.

I haven't a issue described above but my download size was 30 mb. Last time it was 460mb

Why do I have to do this with every update? I understand that it works, but it can't be working as intended if I need to remove an app and reinstall it just to get an update.
