Is he still bugged? I just used him in 5.4.6 against nebula in a vigor node. His second special worked the first time, but not the second or third time :(

    His 3rd has been broken for a long time. His l1 seemed to work fine last time I used him.

    That may have been what happened. So, am I supposed to use my second special before it refreshes? When I used it the second and third time, it didn’t do power burn or take any damage away.
