well. the new drop rate has arraived. its supposed to be a "buff" to get 3* 4* champions more frequently. is it really better? No.
Not for me. Its a hit or a miss guys!

    Pretty sure that they never said anywhere that the release of the drop rates would "buff" your ability to pull 3* and 4* champs more frequently.
