uncollected arena crystal

in Bugs and Known Issues
good day i just want to tell that there is a problem in uncollected arena crystal. at first its a great that i become uncollected because 3 arena crystal is enough to get 225 units but in the past few months i always get gold and it is embarrassing that i spend a lot of time to grind arena crystal shards and im only getting gold, after i opened 12 uncolleted arena crytsal that cost 120000 battle chips still gold, i opened 8 still gold, i opened 6 still gold sometime i get 75 units but its not worth it bcoz u spend a lot of time just get that crystal and ending up getting 100k gold sometime its lesser. please fix this we push hard to be strong in this game dont let us hate this game. thank you

    Look at the drop rates...

    lol last month there is no drop rates even last last month and why i still cant get fairly decent units, ididnt ask for much im asking what is right to have. coz i work hard to get it..

    im just saying that why the uncollected crystal is very rare to get units even though i open a lot of crystals
