OKay so i have been playing the game quite long, recently only found out about seatin and his best champion list, regrettably so late in the game, but my question is-what is NERF?
I have been seeing Youtube videos about champions being nErfed, and would like to know what this mean and why it happens?

    When they take a good champ that is op li e pre12.0 Thor and lower his abilities to balance out him with the other characters

    Okay, that explains it, so is scarlet witch still as good, cause i want to rank her up, but people say she is nerfed?Also it does seem like it...cause her veil of fortune is not so effective, or can it be because she is only awakened level 5, will it get better?

    So I take it that you genuinely have no idea what nerf means, and are new to the gaming world, and hence this genuine question. If so, thanks for asking.

    NERF is the opposite of BUFF

    In simplest term,
    BUFF is to improve the abilities and damage outputs, among other stats, ... When they buff your champs, you HAPPY HAPPY
    NERF is to reduce the abilities and damage outputs, among other stats, ... When they nerf your champs, you SAD SAD

    Normally it happens when some champs are too OP (over-powered) or too weak, or cause imbalance to the game (so they said). Buff or Nerf is to bring back the balance to the game (so they said). Occasionally some minor buff/nerf to fix some bugs or unexpected side-effects of certain champs due to some complex relationship due to the complex interaction among various abilities, synergies, etc.

    She was changed a year ago, but she's still very useful. Worth Ranking.

    Since there won't be any 5* version of SW, if you have 4* SW she is still worth R5/50. Pre 12.0 she was way too OP. After 12.0 she no longer regen as frequently and as much, beside other nerfed stats, however she is still a powerful champ, provided she needs to be AWAKENED, and have HIGH SIG level (best to bring to sig99). She can still be a very powerful champ to bring to Quests, and occasionally AW/AQ if your other better champs are stucked somewhere. Although her abilities are random, but at high sig she is still very useful.

    Sw is definitely better at high Sig levels. If she is only awakened then she won't be very good
