Has anyone EVER received a PHC from this?

Hey Folks,

The ambush opponents in the daily class catalyst maps have a PHC as a potential reward (see picture)...

Has anyone EVER gotten one of these? I mean, not that it matters... But playing for over 3 years now, I’ve never gotten one and I don’t know anybody that has...

Thanks for all the input... Sounds like one of those instances with like 0,1 % chance.. Pretty ridiculous if you consider the prize... 1 Sig-Level on a random 2*.... XD
