Auto-Play not working as intended

The auto-play feature doesn't appear to be working properly. It is shutting off between ever fight. I then reactivate it before each fight. Once the fight begins it is again off. I then turn it back on. Once working I cannot turn it off mid-fight.

    Running a new quest and now it appears to be working just fine.

    Were you in one of the daily cat quests? If you're in past the time they expire, it will do that to auto fight.

    Yes I was and yes it was past expiration.

    @djr17 is correct, sometimes I'm still in the "previous daily quest" after the new refresh happen, and the auto-fight will be messed up in that specific "previous daily quest". But once I'm done with this "previous daily quest", and start another new quest, everything seems to be back to normal.
