HELP US KABAM

Please Help Us. Our Alliance War Rating went down twice this month. When this happened first time KABAM didn’t help us to find the exact issue and said someone in alliance cheated. We officers spoke to all the team members and increased their confidence to build back the rating again and we did 3 groups all members to help team get back to where we were. It was sooo much efforts spent and we helped ourselves coz KABAM was useless to help us.

But suddenly this happened again yesterday and our rating dropped again. We reached out to KABAM and they are sending automated emails with useless responses and not at all helping us to find this mole in our alliance.

How can we find the Mole among 30 members of KABAM is not helping us and punishing all 30 members coz of one guys mistake. Our alliance is falling apart coz of KABAMs inability to support us. You are punishing 29 members who are playing Good and you are actually helping the mole to survive in Alliance instead of helping good people.

Our alliance team decided to reach out all the forums where we can post this until unless you help us to solve this issue.

Try to understand Guys. We need Justice.

    I haven't had the 'privilege' of dealing with this yet. There's gotta be a way to tell who is doing it, or there's rumors about someone, or something going on you could find. Like someone who mysteriously cleared RoL/LoL with a bad roster. Someone who is constantly finishing war with full champs or going through nodes that don't make sense with the champs they have.

    I wish you luck. Managing an alliance is awful, let alone finding someone who cheats. The only experience I've had with it is two people get perma-banned but for other reasons like LoL, so it didn't affect war. Was also before seasons.

    It’s highly impossible to find this mole because we are doing 3 groups 30 members War. we tried to do our best in finding this one but we couldn’t. This can’t make 29 members Suffer. These 29 didn’t do any mistake. Why KABAM has such useless rules to punish Entire Alliance when one does mistake.

    Why do they want to punish Entire Alliance. We definitely need Justice KABAM. Till we get response we won’t stop fighting for it.

    Keep fighting for Kabam to do something about the 1, but I agree with the whole alliance punished.

    I can’t imagine that’s there’s no clues to who the actual cheater is based on aw stats and observance. So I would assume that it’s pretty much in you guys hands. Kabam is not going to help though. I’ll definitely second that.

    @Aquama We tried to check the stats. We couldn’t get much info from it. How can we find if there is no clue at all.

    I'm not sure how doing 3bg's in war makes it harder to find out who's cheating.

    Hey there, the forums are not the place to discuss actions taken on individual accounts. In cases like this, our support team is still the best equipped to answer your questions. I understand that this situation can be difficult but we are not able to discuss any actions taken on another player's account, including the results of any investigations and any actions that may have been taken on their account as a result of those investigations.
