I thought patch 13.0 + the stability fixes were going to address this issue. I am getting crashes even more often now. Sometimes, I am averaging game crashes on loading screen 2 times every 15 minutes. The more fights and areas I load (e.g. switch from doing arenas to doing an event quest), the more the game is likely to crash. It usually happens after first loading the new area on the first fight. It also appears to happen more frequesntly during peak hours when more people are online. My wife and I both have the same phone, and she uses 4G only and I use wifi only. This means that it has nothing to do with our network. We have no other third party apps loaded except for Line.
This is really getting frustrating and has cost me literally hundreds of revives and potions over the last 2 months since 12.0 was released. I know many others are suffering from this issue as well and it has been reported on many phones.
Steps to reproduce:
- Get an iPhone 6+ with Marvel COC
- Load a fight in story, go to main menu, load a fight in arena, go to menu, repeat if necessary
- Watch game close while fight is loading and come back to see fight usually doesnt recover and you will either lose the arena fight or take a 1/2 HP penalty on other areas of game.
