11M 1434 War rating/Gold 2/T 6-7 Alliance LF 4 people to push for Gold 1 next season

We were ranked 130 in Gold 2 (t4 at our highest) about half way through the season before slumping down the stretch when the stress of War caught up to a few of our members. They weren't able to clear their lanes in war and don't want to keep up with the item use that comes with less than great fighting at high levels of this game. Over the last month we had a few such members retire, and now that the war season is ending a few more are looking to take a break as well. What we are left with is a really talented group that all wants to be Gold 1 next season, but also a group that needs about 4 people that agree with our mentality, desire, and skill level to help us get there!
Here is us in a short paragraph nutshell: We are all from the US and the vast majority of us are young professionals mostly in our 20s and 30s. We all love the game and play it a bunch, but we all understand real life comes first. We're mature enough to let our group know we're swamped at work on the day that we are, and also teamplayers and willing to step up on the day that happens to one in the group. We're active players who understand when someone is stuck waiting for our node and we often say... hey, I could use a pee break anyways. Hopefully that paints a picture of our philosophy. We don't require events, but hit completion and item use without requiring it. We run map 5, hit around 105k each week, place around 2100-2200. We run 3 wars a week, and expect you to use items to clear your lane if you have a bad day... but we also don't blame you for having a bad day.
What we're looking for: We'd prefer a small group, and I can put you all in the same bg if you want to play together. Of course I'm also open to single players too. Looking for 4, but probably could fit 5 if needed. Looking for 4600+ prestige, and someone who is active multiple times a day. You don't have to be coming from another map 5 or Gold 2+ alliance, but we do want someone who is capable of clearing the uncollected monthly event quest each month.
