    This is tough, because Magik steals some of the energy in her sp2 and locks the current status which can be reset by spamming sp2s whereas Doc OC needs to rely on breakthroughs and that timing and then spamming sp1...

    My vote is for Magik solely on this, Doc Oc for more than 1 use
