Why doesn't DD classic evade the sentinels first blast on the sp1?

Anyone else notice that? He should evade any beam or projectile right?

    I assume this is for the same reason as was given last week - which is that the first blast doesn’t register as a projectile. Which is wrong, I grant you, but until that’s addressed, he won’t evade it.
