I have been playing one week after this game came out. I have spent more than what I should have and then some one this game. With all the hair brain ideas and problems with the game. I logged in. When champs got cutt in half. I logged in. When people wanted to boycott the game after the update that killed Alliances. I logged in played and have been taking my lumps. Now we get sentinels and game is more expensive than it ever has been and people are dropping out like crazy. I have now lost ten members since Thursday. This is nuts. But yet I logged in. Now what do I do? How do you keep an alliance going with all this adversity? MCOC universe need your help. And recruiting with people quitting is a joke. Can we cut arenas down so it’s fun for the casual players? Can we cut alliances down? This is getting out of control for a Alliances that’s three years old and never had this problem with recruiting. Kabam your killing smalls. :#

This games become stale and just feels like a job AW is boring AQ is boring just about every aspect of the game is boring never ending bugs, bugs that have been around for a year and still haven’t been fixed ever since 12.0 were they tried to change everything in one go has broke the game completely and they won’t admit they can’t fix it the introduction of sentinels mixed with the bugs have destroyed this game, the game has entirely become pay to play and I wouldn’t be surprised if another boycott happens, the game has changed to much It wouldn’t be so bad if the game worked properly but now alliances are getting ruined just because of the sentinels and I hate it I wouldn’t mind if kabam took the game down for a few days just to fix the issues and I’m pretty sure others won’t either

I really think there is just one problem that KABAM really needs to understand...

Increase the rewards with the increase in difficulty. Kabam is increasing rewards, but for what? Put in more time, get more, or put in more money get better rewards.
But the average semi serious semi casual player who allots a fixed time and grows steadily and maybe even spends a little once in a while is getting nothing.
He has grown, playing the last 2 years, become uncollected with a little spending, handled some **** like 12.0 and 15.1.. wants a little more just for the higher difficulty and his higher skill for the same amount of time without getting into youtuber league, playing 16 hours a day, leaving his dayjob. Wants to still play and enjoy just those 3 to 4 hours... Kabam's answer is FO.

These people will leave soon. This stupid AQ is the last straw. You destroyed AW. Now AQ isnt worth it. Stories and quests aint worth much. And Arena is going to Mars. So casual gamer, Bye Bye.

I have to agree. I am the recuriter for my alliance and our guys are dropping like flies. Im talking about day ones, 600k rating people are quitting at the same time. Hard to say that the recent changes to AQ have nothing to do with it. Kabam, you guys have got to address something, or this will just continue to get worse.

Completely agree. My 3 year old alliance disintegrated as well. I am an almost 700 k gamer who has played since day 1 but hitting my limit too. Kabam listen to your players and make the necessary changes before you kill the game.

AQ timers need to be reduced too.
I used to start AQ at 7am and wouldn’t finish my lane till 11pm. And others stayed up later to finish theirs...

It’s ridiculous. That kind of timeframe to play a mobile game, 5 days a week. Not to mention the other things like war/special events/monthly events/arena.

I cut what I did down hugely and am still burned out.

    Bugs need fixing.
    Parry/block issues/timing need fixing.
All the terrible champs (carnage) we keep pulling need fixing to become relevant in this current game. There’s literally no point ranking older champs when each new one has way more utility/damage than the last.
People want to play their favourite champs. But when they are useless and people are stuck using champs they have never heard of, it takes so much away from this game....

    Yep, the love is gone...

I am jumping to a lower map alliance just to stay involved...5x5 is a tough grind right now.

Yes Kabam has a problem. I was in a very stable alliance for a long time. It was a gold 1 and 15 million alliance. Great people but I decided to chase higher rewards and I'm now in another 15 million alliance but low plat 3 rewards and higher AQ. My old alliance is crumbling. I'm still in their main chat and it's horrible. It's a combination of several things. The war seasons rewards have to big of jumps in rewards and the tiers are not set up right. AQ is a disaster. The addition of the Sentinels was just a stick in the eye. Kabam basically said we are making it more difficult for the same rewards because we are to lazy to come up with new AQ. It was definitely intended to generate revenue. I have no problem with a company making money but that was more of a "let's see how much they can take" move. Well lots of people couldn't take anymore. Honestly if I wouldn't have spent as much time and money in the game I'd walk away. Stubbornness is all that's keeping me at this time, don't think it will last much longer. For the most part it's a great game but a person will only tolerate so much. If Kabam is planning on only new players supporting the game they might have a problem.
Additional thought, outside of seasons war still sucks. This last iteration of war is still quite a bit inferior to the last. The only reason people are interested in it is because of season rewards. People were losing interest in it so they introduced seasons instead of making it more fun.

If Kabam is not losing revenue they are not likely to make changes based on player feedback. That's not a shot at Kabam, that's how businesses work. Recent additions of things like 5* arena and featured grandmaster crystals have probably increased revenue to an extent where large amounts of FTP and low-spending players quitting the game has little effect on how much $ MCOC is bringing in. Unless big time spenders voice complaints were are unlikely to see things change, the recent AW-related announcement was proof of this.

lol nothing wrong with spending $ on a game, most whales get a bad rap they don’t deserve IMO. What grinds my gears is when bugs and other game issues are ignored or “taken to the team” and then no update is given for months. Even worse when threads and comments that don’t violate forum rules are removed, things like that don’t exactly create an environment of transparency.

It’s to be expected that players who could buy a $100K car a year but don’t because they spend that $ on MCOC get preferential treatment. The thing is that doesn’t mean that other players/customers have to be ignored.
