I am a summoner and i haven't received my summoner reward for this week please take this into consideration and send me my rewards

You can contact them directly from the game's home screen by clicking on the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".     If you are in an alliance; have you been in said alliance for more then a week?

    I ask these, because alliance rewards only become available once you’ve been with the alliance for at least a week. If you joined while the previous SA was taking place; then any contributions would not count as you joined after the event began.
