Can you clarify "- Reworded the Mastery Description of Recoil to accurately reflect the Bonus Damage that it inflicts on the opponent"

were the damage bonuses stated not correct? Does the mastery not actually increase special dmg by 30%-60%?

    I think this mastery must give 10-20-30%
