Looking for a chill, relaxed semi retired alliance, doing AQ map 3 or 4 and AW.

    10M Alliance, Gold 3 last Season, Ranked ~150, looking to go up to Gold 2. We run Map 5 when we're in the Advanced Tier and Map 2 when we're in the Expert Tier so we have an easy week.     We have a thriving 5+M alliance with a commitment for excellence and a drive to win. We AW as often as possible and have been running Map 3&2. We have in our ranks a couple of semi retired heavy hitters from a much higher rated alliance that has been rolling with us for a while now.
