Proxima L1 is possibly not doing the correct bonus damage

I've noticed in fights where the opponent has regen (active and passive regens, as per the description), Proxima's L1 is not hitting any harder than normal. In fact, a crit against a non-healing opponent can do about 4000 damage, but in the fights I've observed where the opponent has any sort of regeneration, it only hits for about 1000 non-crit damage. I can try to provide a video/screenshots of this later on.
