Scarlet witch

Another issue I'm having is scarlet Witch triggers, i have her at sig 67 and 80% percent change to trigger her Veil.
In aq and war especially i could understand if she was at sig 20 and at 35%, but the higher the percent the more her triggers should happen.
That's not happening for me, if it was the AI that's different it triggers regularly

    Also, the 80% is only when you crit, not each hit

    Its not just her crit, 80% veil chance to trigger 0-8 debuffs, shes not even doing that.
    I understand the nerf that's not the issue its her triggers that are not happening as it should.

    Scarlet has an 80% chance (85% at max sig) to trigger a random buff WHEN SHE CRIT, and she does trigger usually 1 out of 8 possible buffs when the crit happens.

    The defensive buffs (poison, heal block, armor, power gain, etc) triggers only when YOU hit a scarlet with a crit over that X% chance given by her sig

    She can have 85% to trigger 0 buffs as is stated in her description.
    So, whenever you would trigger something on her, she would activate 0. Is possible.
    She doesn't activate something 100% of the time even if her ability was at 100% (pre 12.0)
