I have no idea how many phcs i have opened but i have pulled well and truly over 50 4* from them....
Some people complain they havmt got one in months but maybe they only open 5 a week so it makes sense
Been keeping track of my PHC openings for awhile to get an idea of percentage (before they dropped the rates.)
As of right now I've opened 1450 crystals since starting the tally and pulled 15. (Which is about 1% and not the 2% they claim.)

u cant open 100 crystals and get a guaranted 4* ( 1% from 100 ) it doesn't work like that
u could find a 4* in 1 crystal and another could not find it in 500

I literally can't remember the last time it happened.
It would be interesting to see the meta data of my account to see when my last PHC 4* pull occurred...
