I had two instances today, the latest with my newly acquired (and not so awesome) 5 star champ, Classic Spidey, where the basic 75 iso I tried to claim from my stash mysteriously vanished. I did everything from restart the game to exiting out of the champs tab and it was still missing in my inventory and stash. Luckily it was the lowest denomination, but then again that’s the only time I noticed it so who knows how much I’ve actually lost!
The only reason I noticed was bc that was all I needed to 1/25 Spidey and my other champ
