I didn’t get my last seasons alliance war rewards

I’m asking for help from an admin since I didn’t receive my rewards for the last seasons aw, I know i might be late but I’ve been busy with school. I’m just wondering if I didn’t do something correctly or if the game bugged out for me. I asked my alliance about this and they said I needed to participate in atleast 4 wars which I’m pretty sure I did.

    You had to participate in 5 wars and the season ended back in April. If you are referring to season 1 which ended in April and you did participate in 5 wars then you will have to submit a ticket.

    When did you join the alliance ?
