Who is better for quest, wolvie or vision?

I have a enough to take either 4* Wolverine or 4* Vision (Age of ultron) to rank 4/40. Both are unawakened. Which would be the better choice when it comes to questing.
I am at story quest 4.2.3 and really want to advance.

    If you ever get wolverine awakened, his healing will help carry you through a lot of content while being able to save on item use.
    Before he is awakened, he is just ok, far from great.

    Wolvie for healing. Healing is amazing for quest.

    For generally questing, wolverine is much more sustainable and also has better damage output. However in later content vision might come more in handy due to his power control, immunities, and great animations. I used him so much in rtl

    Most people struggle to get a bleed and poison immune or need two champs to do it. Throw in power control and you have one champ that does the job of three.

    In act 4, all three are important.

    I would rank vision first.
