Best ISO Farming Path's in Act 4

So I've gotten to the point where I have some nice 4 stars and 5 stars who I want to level and rank up but don't have the ISO to do so . I've been told that act 3 thanos and storm are good but I've played act 4 and seeing the ISO I get from that is a lot more than from act 3 . So I want to know which chapter/quest/path will be best for Farming ISO per energy used in act 4 .

    Act four is a energy grab, not a good farming act

    You can’t even complete one path with 70 energy*


    * there’s paths where you can but it’s only one fight and it’s the main boss so it’s not a good fight for iso after first
