XP collection

Hello all

I recently reached Level 60 and now I can't collect XP anymore. Is that supposed to happen at Level 60?
What happens to mastery points you are supposed to get when level up?

I hope this is not a glitch and that I'm able to complete quests to continue levelling up.

    Level 60 is the top level currently attainable. Congratulations, you've reached the enforced plateau. :|
