Dungeon pi glitch or false advertising? Explain kabam

As you can see my champs’ pi equates to roughly 3764, then why have I only been able to reach the milestone of an ultimate crystal? Shouldn’t it be a 4* according to my pi? Please explain kabam

    Because it's not based on PI. It's based on Prestige. Which is the PI of your champions without any equipped masteries.

    Im sorry guys I thought it was PI that was measured, not prestige. Anyway I’m kinda new to the game at this point so I didn’t know, thank you

    It's okay, prestige is kinda a vague term and isn't explained anywhere in game. Was confusing to me when I first started out too.
