Will Kabam move the champs from the 6* featured crystal to the 6* basic later?

Just want to make sure. I know they'll probably move the new champs into the 6* pool, but I don't know about the other new 6* champs(guilly, hela, etc.) that are not new to the game but are not in the 6* basic.
