Hi Kabam,. I have a big issue with what I've been getting. I always seem to get the lowest possible reward from crystals. I even spend money yet still get the lowest. Everyone else I know gets a varied range but for me always the lowest rank. This has made me stop spending. I enjoy the game alot but this has taken away from my experience. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. An example is from my premiums I haven't even gotten a four * in months and everyone else is know gets them at a good rate. Please get back to me

Sorry to hear you've had a bad run of opening crystals! I've had some bad runs of it myself, so I can understand the frustration. Drop rates themselves aren't dependent on you doing anything correctly. How has your grind for Dungeons been going? What is your current roster like? If your roster is large enough, grinding through arena and dungeon milestones are a fantastic way to get some 4 Star champions as well as some 4 Star and PHC crystal shards!
