What did we do!?!?

An in game mail just came in. Saying we've been striped from AW Points!? What happened!?!? Who did what!?!? When!? Where!?

This mail doesn't help at all!!! Can't U be more specific? How can we fix this KABAM!? Who should we go to for an appeal!?

This isn't fair for us...

Cannot be more specific as it violates their privacy policy. I would check if one of your members is banned (not logged in for an extended period) and get rid of them.

A weird reason " violates their privacy policy" ha3 Should just mention the culprit so it'll be easier to kick out the #### off my alli.
Anyways how to check if anyone's been banned? There is an inactive dude, but he's not even involved in any AW yet

We’ve just had the same message and reduction in points

If someone has done something wrong, fine, we accept the “collective punishment” with very gritted teeth. Great. But at least give us a chance to sort the issue out to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

We all despise cheaters, it’s immoral and unfair on all the other players, so punish the individual and give them a lengthy ban, at least then we can identify the individual(s?!) and try to ensure this doesn’t happen again, further affecting the rest of the alliance who play fairly and within the TOS...
