Alliance punished

Hello kabam/everyone,

My alliance has been punished by kabam do to a cheater.(we have been set back in aw to tier 9 and took away a lot of our points)
Now we as a alliance have been asking kabam we this cheater is so we can deal with it.
Only response we get is a automaticly generated answer that says they have dealt with is and alliance war is coming up and stuff. the message is outdated and of no use.
We wanna know who in our alliance is cheating so we can prevent stuff like this from happening again.
A lot of us have spend money on revives and health potion for us to get to a higher tier and we now see it destroyed by something and we don't know what and kabam ain't helping either.
I have tried several times to send an email but it isn't any help, does anyone here know a way to contact them or help us out?
Or anyone on the kabam team on here to give a good response and help to our alliance.

    We're in the same boat. The only response we could take was to switch our Alliance status from Open to Closed. It's hard to keep motivated when our progress can be set back so far for things outside of our control.

    You can contact support from within the game by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". You can also contact them here.

    As for the other information, we cannot discuss the details of any player's account with anyone else. This is due to the privacy policy we have to protect the privacy of all of our users.
