Payment issue

So now I've been in contact with support for some time and it's ridiculous. I send them something they send back an auto response I answer it and they send a response that is just not right and is totally not what I'm looking for and it's obvious he didn't read my email. And also they are always switching who is responding to a case with every email. I just want to talk to a human for gods sake.
