    Champs like Rhino and She-Hulk have abilities which are affected by the size of their opponents. For She-Hulk, the larger the opponent, the greater the chance to stun on specials. For Rhino, the smaller the opponent, the greater the chance that his dash attack becomes unblockable.

    No. Those abilities have been around for years
