two questions regarding the T.O.S.

1) I heard that having a second account is ok, but is there a limit to the number of secondary accounts you're allowed to make?

2) Is it against the T.O.S. to have an alliance composed solely of your secondary accounts?

    Good on both questions. No issues as long as it’s only you running each account and not using any type of assistance or mods to do it. That would be a lot of work and time to do though? Have 1 or 2 accounts and Go outside and meet some people instead.

    You are allowed to have more than one Account. You can have as many as you like, although that's terribly time-consuming. Lol.
    As it stands, there are no rules against a self-driven Ally. At least not that I can see. However, I could see how that would be problematic.

    problematic in what sense?

    It can be extremely time consuming to build that many accounts and manage them to the point where the alliance is at growing and playing at a decent level. Even having 2-3 accounts to do every event, arena, story and event quest will get really old, really fast. You would need to be on all accounts all day, all the time to get the accounts up to level 60 (or even 40) with a good roster of champs in a decent time frame.

    but consuming time is my primary goal :)
