**UPDATE - iPAD STUCK FLICKERING SCREEN**
The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

Every time i start my game it says (there is an unknown issue please try again later) and when i press ok, the game closes.

From the Main screen, tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner of the screen. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, touch the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.
Note: This form is for all Kabam games. MCOC does not have different servers, however this field is mandatory. Please simply enter “none” or “n/a” in the server field. If you’re unable to sign into your game account, a link to the web form is available in my signature below.
