Alliance rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
So many people know that in the bottom right hand corner of the screen there's a button for rewards for doing specific tasks but recently there was one about arena battles in which I reached rank rewards but it finished I cannot claim my rank rewards in the alliance please help

    Was it an alliance event, or a solo?

    You can find it in "Completed" tab or simply go to "Stash" and will be in "Rewards".

    It's not in there either my stash is empty.

    If it's ranked rewards, then you'll get ingame mail containing the ranked reward

    It means that you need to complete one of the tasks for that specific event, in this case you need to complete a quest. It only lets you have the rewards if you put points towards it.
