**UPDATE - iPAD STUCK FLICKERING SCREEN**
The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

Howard the Duck L3 Buff not triggering [Fix in Progress]

Currently Howard's L3 Buffs are not triggering. For instance, just fought a Psylocke, activated his L3 and Howard did not begin to heal. Fought a Miles Morales, activated his L3 and Howard did not pick up the evade buff.

Could someone please explain?
